The Fool

The skeleton visible through his skin shows how one can get so caught up in the rush of risk taking that they forget the self. In the attempt to follow their own path they destroy themselves. The handcuffs have a twofold meaning - the consequences for resisting authority, or perhaps it indicates that he has played too often with the magician and now finds that his wild independence has made him a slave to a habit he can't break.
Divinatory Meanings: Wildness. Taking risks. Resisting authority. Following your own path.
Reversed - Hesitancy, caution. Difficulty trusting your own instincts.
